and more. They also rent seadoos,
or maybe you'd prefer viewing the coastline in one of their
boats
fit for the whole family. If canoeing is more your style The
Kit Wat Marina offers both canoe rentals as well as fishing
boats on Sauble River, the largest river on the Bruce Peninsula.
A trip to Sauble Beach wouldn't be complete without visiting
The
Sauble Falls. Every spring and fall, rainbow trout and
chinook salmon struggle over each ledge of this cascading
waterfall to spawn upstream. There are several Water Falls
within a 40 mile area. Sauble Falls, Indian Falls, Inglis
Falls, Eugenia Falls, Walter Falls, Hoggs Falls, and Jones
Falls.
If
you'd like a day on the Golf Course you don't have to travel
far, both Pinewoods
Golf Course, and Sauble
Golf & Country Club are close by and equipped
with dining facilities, club and cart rentals and a pro shop.
The
Bruce Peninsula is also host to one of the most scenic stretches
of the "World Famous" Bruce
Trail. The 150 km's of Hiking
trails in the Bruce Peninsula are considered the best
in Southern Ontario!
